transfer lease payments to new site owner

We recently completed the sale of our property, which has a cell tower leased to Metro PCS. I need instruction on how to transfer the monthly lease payments to the new owner. Our Site No. is SF14040B, the site address is 11600 Dunbar Rd., Glen Ellen, CA 95442.

Thank you,
Peter Wellington

PS: I tried calling the phone number on my contract for the Property Manager (214-265-2550), but no one of the four people that I was passed to was the least bit helpful. The last one said, "Well, I guess you could google it".

They do not sound like motivated employees. In your lease their should be an address listed for noticing Metro PCS. Follow the terms of the deal and officially notice them as outlined. That should fix your problem as the notice will end up in their law department. I hope this helps.
