Metro PCS Termination Letter - ALERT

by Steve - Tower Genius
(Lewiston, Idaho)

Following the T-Mobile merger with Metro PCS, roughly 90% of Metro PCS cell sites are in the process of being decommissioned.

From what we have seen, in some cases Metro PCS is sending cell site landlords Termination Letters and some of these letters may state that Metro PCS is terminating the lease "technical reasons".

However in some cases, MEtro PCS may not have the right to terminate for "technical reasons". We are not going to get into the details of this on our blog, however Metro PCS landlords should give us a call and not agree to accepting their termination letters without talking to us first and allowing us to review their lease.
