AT&T LTE 2C upgrade

AT&T is looking to modify their site design on our roof to the next generation of LTE antennas to support all the smartphone data demand in our area. We looked at our lease and it appears they need to move some antennas and add additional radio equipment to boost the signal. Can I get a rent increase and how much is my site worth?
