How can I find out if T-Mobile is on a certain tower?

There are a few ways.

Check the electric meters, sometimes they are labeled. They usually don't use equipment shelters either.
You can also request from your building department to find out who has pulled electrical permits or building permits at the given parcel. You will probably have to fill out a FOIA request.
