Who is Black Dot

We currently have a lease agreement originated with AT&T many years ago.

Representatives from "Black Dot" wireless keep contacting us. Do they work directly for AT&T or are they independently sourcing buy out of leases ?

Black Spot is a third party company utilized by major wireless carriers to provide a plethora of services such a site acquisition (finding new tower locations), and amending leases (lowering your rent) and facilitating the purchase of leases. We can only speculate as to the nature of their relationship with that particular carrier.
