Where do the cell tower leases get registered?

I want to buy a property.
It has a tower on it.

What has the current owner of the property agreed to?
Where is that agreement?
How do you enter into a discussion of purchasing a property that has a prior installation, if you don't know what has been promised?

Lease??

Ask the owner for a copy of the lease or have him tell you what the arrangement is. If he still owns the lease, he knows all the answers or how to get the answers.

Some leases are recorded as public record also.
