When to contact Tower Genius

by Pete
(Cottonwood, CA USA)

I've submitted proposal's to major cell companies to lease my land. I hope to be contacted in a few months (maybe that's "optimistic to the point of foolishness..." I don't know).
At what point should I contact Tower Genius to help negotiate the lease procedure?

Pete - most of the time when you submit your property information to a wireless carrier or tower company, it falls into a big black hole, and you will never hear a response. It is a needle in a haystack. Statistically you have about a 1 in 1,000 chance of getting a tower on your property. Some people do consider those good odds depending on your specific location.
