The LOWER the BETTER for them...

Pete here's what i can tell you... AT&T's surrogates will swear by the mother of Alexander Graham Bell that your cell site is worth far less than $2,000 per month due to advances in the cellular technology used to make their wireless networks work. They will show you pie charts and graphs, they will try to convince you how much pain they are experiencing providing needed cellular coverage, how overpaid you are compared to other sites in your area, that your site isn't that important to their overall network anymore, and that they can exercise their right to terminate if you don't eat the wireless crap sandwich they are trying to feed you.

If your AT&T cell tower lease is expiring soon, please call us for professional guidance.

We will show you exactly what your cell site is worth, and why it is valued that way. And we can also help you to get the rate and terms that the carriers hate giving landlords.

We review and negotiate cell site deals in Brooklyn and Queens, and all over the NYC area on a regular basis. We know what they are worth, and values are site specific.

Please call us ASAP.
