What is the going Rate that Tower Management Co's charge Carriers?

by Ralph B.

I am very curious to know approximately how much Tower management companies charge Carriers for being on their Towers?
I understand very well that this could depend on such factors as the Region of the Country, the Extent of the Service Provided, perhaps the Demand on the location, etc...
Please give me a breakdown narrative of how they charge and what are some average rough numbers.
Thank you

Don't over think it.

You are complicating this way too much.
Carriers pay about $2,000 per month to the tower management companies to lease space on their towers.
