Rental rates for cell towers.

Roy, we have seen cell tower rents from $500 per month on Verizon and American Tower leases in an around San Antonio, to well over $4,000 per month in the city of San Antonio. I'm sure there are rooftop cell sites that pay even more, and there are cell tower leases that pay even less than $500 per month.

Is it for a cell tower or a rooftop cell site?

Is it a cell tower developer or a carrier?

Is it for a macro or small cell deployment?

What's the zoning?

How does the cell tower fit into the existing coverage?

What other properties are available besides yours??
