Verizon selling their towers

What happens to the land owners if Verizon sells their towers to an other company? Can we profit from this or are we going to get screwed?

Brenda... I smiled, you are a person who gets right to the point and I love that. The tower company will have to honor your agreement but you can expect to be bombarded with letters trying to buyout your site or give the new tower owner additional term periods that extend for decades.
