Steve, Verizon made an offer of $6,000 per year to place an antenna on the roof of our shopping center a few months ago. We turned them down. Seemingly this indicates a need for one or more antennas in the market? I just recently purchased several parcels of land across the street from the shopping center, one of the parcels rises as high as 100' above the elevation of the road. We could position a tower on this site and likely meet all fall zone area requirements. The location is in Uncasville, Connecticut, between Interstate 395 and State Route 32. The best address is 572 Route 32, Uncasville. The subject parcel is about 2.5 acres behind the McDonald's. Please let me know your thoughts and interest in representing us in securing a developer of the tower, or better yet, we can invest in the tower if we are able to secure the antenna leases.
