by Joe
(USA)

US Cellular has contacted us to upgrade the cell phone tower's infrastructure (LTE antennas possibly) and get a lease extension. In the lease amendment how long of an extension should we give them? Is 50 or 40 years too much? thank you

Your lease with US Cellular
by: Tower Genius

Please give us a call regarding the tower lease and the proposal that US Cellular is presenting you. The would LOVE to get a 40 or 50 year extension. Let's take a look at the site and more importantly your lease to see how motivated they are to get this done, or if they are simply fishing to get a good deal.
