Update has too when the tower will be installed

This is Tangier Shriners in Omaha, Ne. at 2823 South 84th Street and we signed a contract in Jan of 2015 to have a tower installed on our location. I have been working with a Todd B----- who was the person that came out to the location and said Verizon wanted to put a tower on the location. The only phone number he was able to furnish me is 866-862-4404 and I have been calling it but I cannot talk to a person and only leave a message and I am told someone will called back within 72 hours. I have been calling for about 3 weeks and as of today I have never received a return call. Is there anyone in the Verizon network that can give us an update about this tower. Maybe the best way would be to have are legel dept sent a letter to Verizon. Thank you

Stephen advice sounds good. I never hurts to have a paper trail. IF YOU DO SIGN A CONTRACT with them make sure it is in your favor. not for just a merr $5,000.00 a year. think of what your cell bill is a month and then multplie that by 1 million . thats how much they are making.
