Unison and Wireless Capital want to purchase my Cricket Lease

Everyone is telling me that Cricket is headed towards bankruptcy. I don't understand the sudden interest that Unison and Wireless Capital have in purchasing this Lease from me. They are both offering me almost identical proposals and at this time I can't even get in touch with Cricket to see if they are going to exercise their first Lease Option which is coming up very soon. Any advise would be very much appreciated.

Please give us a call to discuss your Cricket lease. Not sure about the rumors. Cricket is probably more likely to get gobbled up by one of the larger carriers on the predatory food chain.
