I have an offer from a company called Towerpoint to purchase my cell tower lease easement perpetually. The offer from Towerpoint is roughly $10,000 better than the 2 other offers I received but I am wondering what impact selling this lease could have on the value of our property and also how selling the lease can impact a potential buyer of this building and land if they are trying to get a mortgage? The cash offer is tempting but I am concerned that I might not be getting the optimal price.
