I am appraising a 400+ foot cell tower in Central Palm Beach County. 18 tenants on tower ranging from $500 per month to $5,100 per month. Top four tenants are Tier 1 (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile) and have rental rates of $4,000 per month and up. I'm looking for support for these higher end tenants. Any rent Comparables that you could offer in this market.
