Steal a tower away from my neighbor.

I missed out contacting the cell tower installers to see if my property could be considered.

Anyway I own my property (paid for) in a irrevocable trust, on an acre of land. Directly across on the other side of the freeway is a huge loaded down cell tower with most likely all the big providers on it. I would make a deal to have it moved for less, and give them the first month free just to entice them.

But want a 10 year or better locked in contract.

So how hard to get them interested?
