In a rooftop lease that includes, in the description of the Premises, that "comprises of approximately 300 square feet of rooftop space", what should be included in that area? The equipment, obviously, and also the footprint of the antennas. But how about the power and communications conduits and service access area?
The conduits, power run and antennas are usually not included in a 300m foot calculation for equipment space. Most deals provide for a specific area for their equipment plus non exclusive easements or right of ways that provide access from the equipment to the telco panel, power source and the antennas.
We would be happy to review your specific lease ... lately a couple of the carriers have been slipping language into the leases that appear "OK' on the surface... but could really turn the deal in their favor if not caught. The initial consultation is free and you will not experience and "hard sell".... trust me... you will be glad you called.
