Does the 120 square feet of space include wire trays going into and out of cabinets?

Cable trays and leased Premises

Anthony you need to look at your Permitted Use provision and see what their leased area is defined as and what they have the right to install. Usually cable trays are in addition to the leased area but included. However we have found carriers in NYC who cut corners on rooftop and added ADDITIONAL cable trays not shown on the exhibits that clearly exceed their scope. Is it an existing site or new location?
