Sprint T-mobile renew lease?

by Richard
(Livermore, California USA)

We have leased to Sprint since 1997. Their lease expires in January 2022. Spent gives us no indication whether they will renew or not. It would be good to know, as we will seek another lessee if they go away.
We are no longer up-to-date on other nearby sites and who owns them, and therefore what our completion may be. Our site is in the center of downtown Livermore California 94550 Do you have any insight on the question of renewal? Who else might be interested in having our site to fill in their network?
Best regards,
Richard
