Hello, and thank you for trying to answer my question.
We are currently 2 1/2 years into a 5 year lease agreement with Sprint for a cell tower on our property.
They "decomissioned" this site, and have taken down the tower, however, according to the lease agreement, they still owe us for the remainder of the term (5 years)(ending on Dec. 31, 2017).
For the past several months, they do not pay their monthly rent until after we contact "landlord solutions" and it goes through the proper channels within that dept. Finally we will get the money, but it is usually 3-4 weeks late.
They have never contacted us in regard to terminating the lease early.
Do we need to contact an attorney, take them to small claims court to get this resolved?
Thank you....
