I get asked all the time do I want to sell my lease. The cash value keeps going up. And I was told I could do a 1031 exchange.

Yes.. the competitive nature of the cash flow purchase business has driven prices up.

We do know that the cash flow companies do elude to ways to make the deal more attractive from a tax standpoint, it is best to get the proper advice from your tax professional.
