selling my house with a cell tower

I would like to sell my house and property that my verizon tower sits on. In my contract, It states that Verizon has first right to a sale. I need to know who to contact to find out about this. In my contract, all I can find is an address, but no phone number. Do u have any suggestions?

Thank u,

Karen

Karen, send them a registered letter to the notifications address on your lease as you are likely required to do as per your lease agreement with VZW. Also you should try to contact them at VerizonLandlords.com where they have the following alternative contact methods listed:

Phone Toll Free: 866.712.8141
Fax Toll Free: 866.712.8142
e-mail: info@verizonlandlords.com

Good luck.
