In 1997, we purchased property and a small commercial duplex that encompassed an existing cell tower. At the time of purchase, the seller retained the leasing rights until 2013. Now that the lease agreement is coming to term, we are getting numerous requests to purchase the lease. While this is exciting and daunting at the same time, it seems the more research we do, the more we feel we would like to build and manage our own.
