Sample Cell Tower Leases for Landlords

by Ralph
(Dubai, United Arab Emirates)

Where Can I quickly get a decent sample cell tower lease agreement (from Landlord's) perspective? I have a plot of land which a telco wants to rent and I don't want to deal with lawyer.

Thanks

Ralph

There are plenty on Google if you dig a little, question is what are the specifics of your site in the UAE? We only help owners in North America. Is it for a carrier or tower company?

They will provide you the lease the way they want it. you need to hire an EXPERT in cell tower negotiations which is not necessarily a lawyer.
