I have an SBA Cell Tower on my property. I sold the lease rights until November 2022. At that time the lease
will be 5 years, with 10 5 year options. annual income
$45,000.00. The lease does not start until November 2022.
If I decided to sell the rights and the land today, what
should I ask for. The land is 5.6 acres of residential
property.
