Rooftop Antenna Rental Rate

Currently manage a commercial property which has rooftop antennas and Verizon has been renting them for nearly 15 years. The current rental rate is $1,984 per month and is set to increase to $2,282 in 12 months. The rental rate increases by 15% every 5 years. Verizon wants to set up their renewal but we are not sure if $2,282 for 5 years starting December 2023 is enough. Please advise.

William, thanks for the posted question. We need to look at the site. Sounds okay but without knowing anything except that its in Greenville SC is not enough information. Additionally we'd need to see the Verizon Wireless lease agreement as well.
