We already have a tower on our land that was a cell one tower, but they sold out to AT&T and the lease is up as of 2013.. AT&T is trying to drop the payment to $8900.00 a year or lumpsum $100,000.. We also have another company offering $119,000... Do you know the rates for western oklahoma or can you offer some advice? We don't know what to agree on.
