Range for cell tower management services

What is the typical range (as a % of rental revenue) for cell tower management services for 4 rural sites in the South. Currently generating a total of approximately $300,000 in annual rental revenue. spending 10-15 hours per week managing and is interested in outsourcing to an outside management firm. Need a ballpark estimate of management fees?

Site MANAGEMENT, Site Maintenance or Both?

Steve, the 10-15 hours weekly are you referencing, is that including tower site maintenance and site access for carrier maintenance technicians for the individual sites?

I want to make sure we are comparing apples to apples.
