purchasing property with a cell tower on it already

1.If I buy this commercial property with a cell tower on it, what happens to the agreement with the prior owners of the property.?
2. What if the property has a Building association for the grounds that this property is being purchased from.
3. if this is a 8 building association program that I must pay into for the maintenance of the property this building sits on that I am purchasing, who get the payment to use this property.
4. what if the tower sits on my portion of the property parking lot area? do I have any rights to receiving compensation from the association if they are getting it now.
5. should they have disclosed that in the purchase?
