Projected celltower leasing revenue?

by Roland C.
(Dix Hills, NY)

I have approximately 3 acres of open space available adjoining my residential project in Suffolk County, Long Island, and am contemplating leasing a portion for cell tower use for a term of 25/30 years

What revenue stream can I reasonably anticipate from such an arrangement?

I love Long Island....
by: Kevin - Tower Genius

Long Island... my old stomping grounds. That is where I started my wireless career over 22 years ago and I am very familiar with the cell site leasing values on Long Island.

There are many factors that come into play but a site in your area can generate a great deal of money. It depends how your deal is crafted. You need to know what the carrier will do and what they will not do. Give us a call at 888-313-9750. I would love to guide you to maximize your revenues while protecting you in the process.
