PI Telecom Infrastructure, LLC Cell tower question

Pl telecom wants to pay 500.00 a month with a 5,000.00 sign bonus if we sign in two weeks.

With 5 year agreement 10% on each Renewal Term up to 25 years. Its a pole tower 40 X 40 that 3 carriers can hook on and we get 20% of each that hook on.

They said we were one of 3 sights they have picked the other is across the street, we have 5 acres with no close building.

Getting 20% of Collocation from a Carrier

How do you know that they are paying you 20% of what they charge other Carriers? Will they tell the amount of money that they are charging another Carrier to collocate on the Tower?

Did they tell you how much they will be charging other Carriers to "hook-on" the Tower?

Can you tell me how much money is that? Then I will tell you if they reapping you off or not!!!

Telecom is all about speed to market. The signing bonus is to meet their milestones, that is all.

People really shouldn't comment about things they know nothing about.

Editor's Note: Speed to market? What about the $500/month rent if they take the $5K signing bonus. What were you doing for 16 years in telecom, studying for the bar exam?
