Im buying property in Tellico Plains, Tennessee. There are two towers on the property. Do the tower people own the land or rent it?

Roberta see if anyone has an easement of the property that indicates they have a perpetual easement ie they purchased the lease. Or see if it's just showing that a carrier or tower company has an interest there.
