MARSHAL SWIFT COSTING

by Larry

Yes, hi, Thank you for this website.
My question relates to cell tower cost pricing.
Marshal swift is the go-to cost service for appraisers.
The cost to build a tower is one thing. Cost does not always equal value. Years ago I attended a workshop on the cost of towers and the presenter related how once a cell tower is up the real value is how much space is leased on it. I believe she said for every ring of antenna the value perhaps increased $100,000.
Is this true?
