Lots of factors dictate the lease value for a site...

If you are interested in letting the carriers know that you have a site available, click on the button to the left of this page titled "Get A Cell Site" and follow the directions.

Lease rates are determined my various factors. We would need more specifics to really give you a range. Each site is unique and has a value that could be slightly different for each carrier. Values are not based on a localities average value per square foot of commercial space. It is far more involved.

As for installing your own tower type... it would depend on the zoning code. Building towers can be very costly.
