Maintenace of Site

We currently have a sprint installation on the roof of our building. The latest update of equipment called for the removal of the old. This was not done. I am trying to reach someone to clean up the problem. The installation is in Punta Gorda, Florida, 33950. I would really appreciate any help someone could give me.
