Looking to sell my lease agreement with Sprint

Was contacted by Crescendo. What was to be a 30 day turn around has gone into 90+ days and they only correspondence was to spread the payment over three years. We told them no, that's not what we agreed to. Havent heard a thing since the decline. Site ID SP89XC002-C
