Looking to lease

Basically know absolutely nothing about leasing land for tower but would be interested in doing so. Am in Jonesborough TN and just noticed a newly built monopine maybe a half a mile away. Elevation of tower height would be roughly the same if we're erected on my property.

If they are building a cell tower a half mile from you i doubt that they will build another on on your land.
