Liability Insurance package, and home mortgage

by Pat
(Alabama)

Verizon has offered to pay 600.00 for 5yrs. and after that a 10% increase on 100x100 sq. ft. of property. I don't have a picture yet.

Verizon wants me to buy a complete libility Insurance package. Why do I need to purchase one?

I have a mortage on my house and wonder how my mortgage company feel about a tower on the property.

My carrier provides their own insurance. If they want something, they pay for it. Insurance companies raise premiums every year, can cancel and can add conditions to renew. This will get you in trouble with the carriers lease terms.

10% after 5yrs, nope. Annual increases only.

$600.00 monthly rent, counter at $1,200.00 and settle in the middle somewhere if you have the tower there already.

Your lender. Now that may be a problem. You may want to call the guys at Tower Genius for that one.
