Lease to American Tower

I'm leasing to Verzion now, and American wants to buy or re lease from me ,
Others have offered to buy this from me in the past but I didn't like the terms , American tower wants me to believe I don't have a choice at this time.
And I don't want to enter a contract with anyone without any gain.

Wayne, let's take a look at your Verizon lease and take a look at what American Tower has been offering you. Without knowing anything else about your lease, it's a good idea to see if you can renegotiate before you decide to sell it or enter into a buyout agreement.
