Unfortunately most lawyers don't know much about cell tower lease rates etc.

Marie, most attorneys, even the good ones don't know much about cell site leasing rental values. However what is of equal or greater importance is that most lawyers have no idea what leasing terms are acceptable with Verizon, and what language is negotiable and non negotiable.
