Most cell tower leases simply assign over to the new owner. It doesn't give you the ability to renegotiate just because you purchased the property. Make sure you do a title search to determine if the previous owner sold off the cash flow / revenue stream in the form of a perpetual easement, because then you can wind up with a tower on your property that pays you nothing.
