Lease agreement Kansas

by Elmer T.
(Tonganoxie, Kansas USA)

I signed a lease agreement 20+ years ago and it came due in September.
They sent me a notice which said they where exercising there lease for 10 more years. I hired a attorney and he said there was nothing I could do.
They are paying now $359.85.

Your lease renewal
by: Tower Genius

Elmer sorry to hear that. Please fax us your cell tower lease to 1-888-313-9750. Let us do a quick FREE piggy-back audit of the lease, essentially read through it quickly to see if your attorney may have missed anything and tell you what you need to look out for in the future.

Unfortunately many wireless landlords miss opportunities to properly notify their tenants and renegotiate their agreements.

Did they give you any other advice or tell you what you need to do in the future? By the way, how much did it cost you to hire an attorney to review your lease?
