Land Lease Agreement to grant the right to Verizon Wireless to install, maintain and operate communications equipment on our property.

How much should we charge for the rental of our property? The premises are approximately 10,000 square feet of a portion of our property. What they have offered us is extremely low. There are no other towers in the area. They are offering only $700 per month which is unacceptable.
