This is probably a strange one. In Oct. of 2014 I purchased a tax lean on a 1/2 acre property that has an established cell tower on it. I now have the deed to the property. It appears that there was no "recorded lease" with the county recorder and my attorneys are telling me that if that is in fact true I own everything attached to the property is mine and any non-recorded agreement with the previous owner is null and void.. This tower has been here since the late 80s. It appears to me to be a high use tower, cell and microwave. I am just now in the process of a second title search done to make double sure I know what I am talking about. I have contacted Crown Castle and started the paperwork of transferring ownership. I have not signed anything except a W-9. They now have 30 (now27) days to process the paperwork I guess.
