(Los Angeles, CA)
Your site is incredible. I own a property in Los Angeles that is being approved for a seven story building being built on what has been an empty lot for over ten years. It is zoned LA C-2 and is the Los Angeles County armpit of one of the Beverly Hill's Southern Corner borders. I am about to check the "Wireless Ordinance."
My question is when I am done with construction do I need a Tower Management Company for Roof Towers? Will the Carrier whether or not I guarantee exclusivity, build the equipment they need if I simply lease the roof to them?
I would like to cut out as many middle-men as possible. Also, I have lease-right contracted more then 300 billboards across the country so I know my way in and out of a lease, annual Compounded CPI, CRI, Increase % is a must, and that exclusivity is a powerful bargaining chip to negotiate bonus checks just for exclusivity up front before the negotiation of the roof space, etc..
Thank you for any time you may consider answering my question. I am fascinated by this industry.
Best regards,
Brian
