internet tower

Can you help negotiate for an internet tower, the company is Nextlink they are just offering free monthly internet , they want to put up a new tower in my area, I have 16 acres with a side dirt road, so easy access. But they are not offering a monthly rate other than free internet, should I expect more? Should I just walk away?

I will say the internet in our area is terrible, we are very country, most folks are on Hughes net or ZULU, cableone is not likely to come out there any time soon, I am a bit lost of what to expect.

Internet towers

Sorry we don't deal with internet towers just the major wireless carriers and cell tower developers.

If they are going to lease space on your land, require them to add you as additionally insured, get the free service if you can, require them to remove the tower if they leave, and have them pay you something, even if it is only $500 per year.
