I think it is a good potential site.

(Perris/Lake Elsinore)

I live on 40 acres in a geographical triangle between three lakes in Southern California. 2,850 feet altitude, 360 degree non-blocked signal on multiple locations. 220 electrical available at site. Surrounded by homes without cell service for several miles in all directions, including million-dollar estate homes to the north.

The photos are of my mountaintop ridge, the cell phone NO coverage from T-Mobile (I'm Camelot Hills in the middle) and a closer view of the ridgeline.

Is this a good potential site?

Looks like it has potential

As long as there is access and they can get power to the site it has potential. Looks like a pretty location.
