I have a cell tower on my property.

I have a cell tower on my property. When the lease came to near the end...I was bombarded with great offers. I almost signed, but did not like the terms "perpetual". I have been educating myself on lease terms, locations, rents, negotiating.

Tower is located in NH.

Lease currently with American Tower.

Let's make sure you are getting fair rental rate first.

I know that "perpetual" is a scary word. It's still better than "forever".

Thanks for calling -- we look forward to taking a look at the lease, and your offers.
